feat: enhance git config with aliases and GPG signing
- Add common aliases (co, br, ci, st) for shorter commands
- Rewrite pushall to work reliably across all remotes
- Enable GPG signing for commits and tags
- Set OpenPGP as the preferred signing format
- Add placeholder for signing key under [user]
